Moving to/New to Norway?

When we arrived in Norway we were given a very handy guide called New in Norway: Practical Information from Public Agencies. This guide contains information on everything from opening a bank account to rules for hunting and fishing in Norway, from financial benefits for children to paying for your television license. We have consulted this book repeatedly — and still do!
